Caption: One of two Jenbacher CHP engines
Description: One of the two Jenbacher Combined Heat and Power (CHP) gas fired engines, these were essentially generators that transferred what would normally be waste heat into the heating system and could normally supply the site's entire heating load but there were two retained boilers that could be turned on to meet and extra need (eg when the weather was very cold or if one of the engines was down for maintenance).
