Kitchen area facing SW from the entrance to the dining area to rear exit as of 2010. The huge ventilation hood above the cookers was not part of the original build. There was originally no such hood but they were fitted in the early 70s. It would appear that those were replaced with the ones shown when the restaurant was refurbished in c2000.
