W416 was refurbished in the late 90s/early 2000s with new carpet, false ceiling and new meeting rooms with glazed partitions but it was not used for very long – when I started at OS, HR were in here and I was impressed as it looked very smart and the glazed roof made it very light and airy.
HR moved to the WRB (C363) in the mid 2000s and the room was never used again, a shame. Here in 2009 it is clearly being used as a dumping ground for unwanted furniture.
