Ferranti digitising cursor – the blue button the right (out of view below the finger) was the digitising button, used to record points; the yellow button the left was used to complete a feature; the white button was used to start/stop the curve routine and the green button second from the left was not originally used but brought into use later; it was used to recall a common feature code to save having to keep going back to the menu.
