Hatch to the defunct oil tank chamber below the Boiler House. I have been down in that chamber myself in the mid 2000s when I was investigating oil storage issues at the site and it is not pleasant – claustrophobic and there are oil fumes as well despite the last oil having been flushed out in the 1980s.
