A very retro control panel console for the refrigeration plant. This allowed engineers to monitor and control the pumps, valves and other equipment here and also the Cooling Towers pumps and fans. The large left-hand gauge was for chilled water flow temperature and the right one chilled water return temperature.
On 13 Sep 2011, when this photo was taken, it all appeared to be shut down. Sadly no more exciting flashing lights or flickering gauge needles!
