A very interesting shot of E lift’s control cabinet. At the top are large resistors, for slowing the motor down. Beneath are three rows of relays that control various aspects of the lift (but they don’t ‘store’ the calls requested, this is done by the relays attached to the floor selector). Beneath the two switches marked ‘on’ is what appears to be a socket for an electronic valve.
