Looking down from by the motor starter cabinets to chiller no. 3. Chillers 2 and 3 were York-make centrifugal chillers. It is difficult to get a better view as there is not much space. The main motor and compressor (most of what can be seen here) were replaced in the mid 1990s but the heat exchanger bodies were believed to be the originals – they were originally made by Carlyle.
