Messengers’ trolleys in W004, I spent many happy hours trundling around OSHQ delivering mail! I tried to make things more efficient by presorting the mail I collected en-route. The clipboards were for signing for recorded delivery items etc. Only the two at the forefront were in regular use on the red and green rounds.
