As of 2010, this small corner of the ground floor (C032) was the only visible remnant of the old Photographic area – the pale blue partition walls were part of that. Through the hole you can see the more modern partition erected in 2000 that forms the wall of the corridor serving the Business Centre training rooms. The hole had some equipment built into the walls, which can be seen in some of the OS Photo Library images of the Photographic section and its work, people and equipment.
